I think the course at smu's made me fall in love with Wikipedia. Actually, I think I've really fallen in love with philosophy. If nowadays there's a living to be earned by philosophers, I'll buy tt. Of course, it cannot clash with my other goals... such as owning a swimming pool, so tt I wunt ever need to swim in other's pee... have enuff time to slp / eat / flirt / travel / decide if I shld commit suicide... stuff like tt.

Back to how interesting philosophy can get. I've always gt funnie little ideas in muh head, and I always thot I was e only one. It became kinda scaryX, like you're 4eva alone, noone to share your frequency... then *PoP*, this coined term in philosophy comes up to explain all your ideas in 2 to 3 chimologies, and it becomes less scaryX nw tt you noe you share thots with pple like Singer, Euclid, Aristotle, Socrates, Plato... sorrie, I digress... basically the big brains since the big bang, pardon the pun...

Take the problem of criterion, for an example...

Have your ever wondered abt knowledge? According to the problem of criterion, or the regress argument, "any proposition requires a justification. However, any justification itself requires support, since nothing is true "just because". This means that any proposition whatsoever can be endlessly questioned." It's like a child who keeps asking "Why?" over and over again. Taken at face value, the chain never finishes, leading to infinitism.

In infinitism, den, you'd ask wad's knowledge?! Knowledge's correctly defined as justified true belief. In the abovementioned case to justify ANY proposition, not jt e final conclusion, at all, you have to have a justified all-beginning cause. Are you saying tt tt'd be God? Or are you saying tt there's no such thing as "knowledge"? Yet, if we know tt there's no "knowledge", isn't tt knowing smth true, which wld be knowledge in itself?!

Perhaps it's nt so gd to noe tt my thots have been thot abt b4... since tt means I'm nt pow-wowing anything new... I'm nt likely to become a billionaire overnight, nor am I gonna go into the Guinness. Tt means I'm still onli some nobody ranting on Diaryland afterall~
